At Next Level Events, we're striving to set a new standard in the entertainment and events industry. We combine exceptional service, high-energy DJs who keep dancefloors packed, and high-end production to create unforgettable experiences for our clients.
After working together for several years, we officially founded Next Level Events in 2025 with a shared vision: to raise the standard for what people expect from their event's service provider. By combining Kristian’s production expertise with Tommy’s DJ experience, we’ve created a team built to deliver both precision and energy at every event.

Tommy Bratthauar

Tommy’s passion for DJing began at just 13 years old, and over the past decade he has built a reputation for his high-energy style and ability to connect with crowds of all ages. He has performed at top clubs and venues in cities like Chicago, Milwaukee, and Orlando, and has been trusted to deliver at high-profile events including Milwaukee’s Summerfest and the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay.
Tommy takes a collaborative approach with every client- working closely to understand their vision and goals, then using his experience and crowd awareness to bring that vision to life in a way that feels seamless, engaging, and unforgettable.
Kristian Kwasniak
-Co Founder, Production Director
Kristian’s passion for live production and engineering comes from a hands-on background in building, designing, and executing high-level event setups. As Co-Founder and Production Director of Next Level Events, he leads all aspects of technical production — from sound and lighting design to logistics, setup, and overall event execution.
With experience spanning high-energy school events, corporate productions, and large-scale setups, Kristian focuses on delivering a polished and immersive experience every time. His attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage both equipment and team operations ensure that every event runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Kristian works closely with clients and the Next Level team to bring each vision to life, combining creativity with technical precision to create events that not only look and sound incredible, but feel seamless from start to finish.
